If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of its purchase. If your package arrives damaged please call us immediately (800) 589-0541. If you suspect damage to the items inside open immediately and if needed make a claim with the shipper, and call us as well, we will then determine the necessary action for replacement.

To make your return, please call Customer Service on Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at (800) 589-0541 to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers expire 10 days after being issued.

When returning your purchase, please use the original package and include in your shipment the shipping box used along with all packing material, its return authorization number, and your receipt. When shipping your return, please be sure to have it insured for the amount of original purchase price. Ship your return to us for arrival within 30 days from your purchase date. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

A credit for the price of your purchase will be made to your credit card. Previously exchanged items will be issued a merchandise credit.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail.
